Magazine’s “Inner City 100” Award as one of the nations fastest growing companies, offers an outstanding opportunity for a Lead Remodeling Technician in our local branch office where we are a leader in the mobile office, storage, and modular building industry.
The job responsibilities consist of:
· Lead overall branch fleet and operations performance of team
· Lead by example with Modification of mobile offices and modular buildings
o Basic carpentry
o Plumbing
o Electric
o General construction
· OSHA regulations
· DOT compliance
· Equipment maintenance
· Maintenance staff
· Inventory
· Assign daily tasks for team members
· Manage and prioritize work to be completed
· Ability to work independently and as a team
Job requirements:
· Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
· Work in an outside environment
· Valid drivers license and good driving record
· Ability to climb into/out of equipment and ladder to access unit roofs
· Pre-employment drug test
· Must be able to properly use hand tools
· Good attitude and dependable
· Lead experience
· Mobile office services, modular building or construction industry experience is a plus
Related prior experience could include such diverse positions as Lead at an equipment rental company, project manager or Lead a crew for a construction company.
Hourly compensation will dependent upon capability and experience. Benefits.
